At Feather Beautiful, we are committed to providing a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers across Canada, the United States, and internationally. Below is a comprehensive guide to our shipping process, timelines, and policies.
Shipping Locations
We ship products from Canada to the following destinations:
- Canada: All provinces and territories.
- United States: All 50 states.
- International: Selected countries. Please check at checkout to confirm if we ship to your country.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated Shipping Times
Within Canada
We ship using Canada Post for all Canadian orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Local (within province): 2-5 business days
- National (outside province): 5-9 business days
United States
We ship using Canada Post’s international shipping services, with estimated delivery times as follows:
- Expedited Parcel USA: 4-10 business days
- Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 business days
- Xpresspost USA: 2-4 business days
International
We ship internationally using Canada Post’s international shipping services. Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country:
- International Air Parcel: 6-10 business days
- Tracked Packet International: 6-10 business days
- Xpresspost International: 4-7 business days
- Surface Parcel (economy): 4-12 weeks (for non-urgent deliveries)
Please note that these are estimated shipping times provided by Canada Post and do not include processing time. Additionally, customs clearance may cause delays for international shipments, which are beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and the destination at checkout. For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply, and customers are responsible for covering these costs.
Tracking Your Order
All orders shipped with Tracked Packet, Expedited Parcel, or Xpresspost come with a tracking number, which will be emailed to you once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.
Customs and Import Fees
International customers (outside Canada) are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by their country’s import regulations. These costs are not included in the shipping fees charged by Feather Beautiful.
Undelivered or Lost Packages
In the event that your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at featherbeautiful@hotmail.com with your order number and tracking information. We will work with Canada Post to resolve the issue.
Please note that we are not responsible for any packages that are marked as "delivered" by the postal service but not received by the customer. We recommend checking with your local post office or delivery location.
