Returns and Refund Policy 

At Feather Beautiful, we strive to ensure you’re satisfied with your purchase. However, if something goes wrong or you need to make a return, please review the following policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations.

Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under these conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Toys: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll either refund you or send a replacement.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: If we’ve made an error with your order (e.g., wrong item or quantity), notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will rectify the issue by offering a refund or sending the correct items.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Bird Toys - No exceptions will be made.
  • Bird Cage Accessories (e.g., perch, swings)
  • Bird Toy Parts (e.g., seagrass matt, twigs)
  • Custom or personalized orders

Cancellations

We accept cancellations if:

  • The order hasn’t been started or the parcel label hasn't been purchased.
  • If you wish to cancel, contact us immediately at featherbeautiful@hotmail.com. Once the order is in production or shipped, we cannot process cancellations.
