Terracotta – Natural Sola Shredding Toy for Small Birds
Soft, natural, and wonderfully shreddable, Terracotta is a handcrafted sola bird toy designed for small birds who love to chew, shred, and pull apart softer materials. 🌿🤎🐦
Terracotta combines soft sola logs and sola atta balls, creating an irresistible variety of lightweight textures for busy little beaks. Sola is naturally soft and easy to destroy, making it an excellent choice for smaller birds, gentle chewers, and feathered friends who simply can’t get enough of shredding.
The sola logs provide larger surfaces that birds can nibble, peel, and gradually work their way through, while the textured sola atta balls offer plenty of little spaces and edges to grab and pull apart.
A woven vine star introduces a firmer, crunchy texture that birds can chew, unravel, and shred, creating a satisfying contrast alongside the softer sola. A wooden circle bead provides another chewing surface, while natural hemp rope adds a fibrous texture for curious beaks to explore.
The combination of sola wood, woven vine, natural wood, and hemp helps encourage instinctive chewing, shredding, and exploratory behaviours while providing a satisfying outlet for birds who love destructible toys.
Terracotta is especially suitable for budgies, parrotlets, lovebirds, linnies, and other small companion birds who enjoy soft sola and natural shredding materials.
